"Fresh toppings and solid pizza"
Ordered from here last night it pretty much confirmed what I already thought, places that use good ingredients just taste better. The veggies were actually fresh, not soggy or like they’d been sitting around all day, and the dough was really nice too. You can tell they’re not cutting corners. I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty good pizza, I’d order it again"
I’d say this was a solid pizza overall. The crust was nice, not too thick or heavy, and the cheese and sauce had good flavor. It was maybe a tiny bit on the salty side, but not enough to ruin it or anything. The toppings seemed fresh enough, and it was still warm when I got around to eating it, maybe about 20 minutes after it showed up. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but for a quick order, I’d give it around 4 out of 5.

The tables were kinda sticky, which was a bit gross, but the floor looked alright. Not terrible, just could be cleaner, ya know?

Used hotboxpizza.com a handful of times and usually found a decent coupon or some kind of deal. Doesn’t always knock a ton off, but still helps when ordering pizza for the night

"As someone who orders pizza way more..."
As someone who orders pizza way more often than I probably should, the HotBox Pizza app was easy to use. I was able to find the menu quickly, add toppings without second-guessing anything, and get through checkout without it feeling like a whole project.
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is because it lagged a bit when I went back to change my pizza, and the tracking didn’t update right away. Nothing major though — my order still went through fine and dinner showed up, so I’m not too mad about it.

"Order was wrong again"
I’m trying to stay calm about it because the pizza did show up hot, so that was good. But the order was wrong again. I asked for no onions and extra cheese, and somehow got onions with barely any cheese. One of the dips was missing too. Delivery itself was fine, but this has happened more than once now, so yeah, it’s getting annoying. They really need to double-check orders before sending them out

"Super easy to customize"
I really liked how easy it was to make the pizza exactly how we wanted. Extra cheese, different sauce, toppings on only one half, all of it was simple to choose without making the order feel complicated.
I ordered for my family, and for once nobody had to settle, which is rare lol. The site was easy to use, the pizza showed up the way I picked it, and any mix-up would’ve felt avoidable.

"Toppings seemed lighter than I remember"
The pizza tasted okay, but from what I remember, it usually has a bit more going on topping-wise. A few slices were mostly just cheese and sauce, which made it feel kind of skimpy for the price. Delivery was fine and nothing was really bad, I just left feeling like they went a little light this time. I’d maybe order again, but I’d hope they’re more generous with the toppings next round.

"Pretty okay, nothing too exciting"
The pizza was decent overall, like, I wouldn’t say it blew me away, but it was fine for a quick dinner. Delivery did take longer than I expected though, and I kept checking the door because I was getting hungry. The crust was alright, toppings were okay too, just kind of a mixed experience. Not bad, not amazing, just one of those meals where you’re like, yeah, it did the job.

The crust was good, honestly. I liked the flavor and it had a nice chew to it, but I kept thinking it could’ve been a little crispier, especially around the edges. Not bad at all, just one of those things where it’s close and you’re like, okay, if this had a bit more crunch it’d be really solid

My order got mixed up, and after I’d already paid I started feeling a little unsure about whether it would actually get fixed. But the person I talked to was really nice and handled it quickly, so it ended up being a much better experience than I expected.

Went here with a few friends and it worked out well since the vegan and gluten-free options were easy to spot. I almost feel like they know groups like ours are trying to avoid that awkward menu debate, because they made it simple. The pizza was good too, so no complaints from me...

"Pizza showed up way faster than I thought"
I ordered from HotBox Pizza on a Friday night and was fully expecting it to take forever, like most places do when they’re slammed.

The driver got there in about 25 minutes, which surprised me. The pizza was still hot, everything in the bag was right, and nothing was spilled or missing.

"Ordering was fine, just a bit slower than I expected"
I ordered through the website and it got the job done, but I was expecting the checkout to be a little quicker and smoother. It seemed to lag a bit, and I ended up double-checking my address because I wasn’t totally sure it saved right.
